Introducing Ehdas Management Company
Ehdas Management Company is established by order of time industries minister Mr. Neamatzadeh and finance of Ehdas Sanat Company, the related companies and some personnel employed in them with the aim of technical and engineering support in the field of consulting and execution services of the projects in 1994.
It is transferred to private portion in 2000, and now is private perfectly.
Subsequent of company establishment, as designing and engineering works is done in the company, and in order to completely execution of cement projects as turnkey the company accomplished to establish of the other specialized company and invitation of the experts and skilful masters in various fields of industry.
So the following companies are established:
1. Ehdas Control Company
Design, fabrication and Erection of Electrical, Control, and accurate instruments.
2. Daneshvaran Innovation Engineering Company
Design, fabrication and Erection of Filters as electro filters, bag filters and bughouse.
3. Ideh Sazan Sanat Company
Erection and commissioning of mechanical equipments.
4. Cement Sanat Idehpardazan Company
Guidance of equipment and machinery in operation time.
5. Sazokar Company
Manufacturer of equipment and machinery in cement, oil, gas and petrol industry.
(It is established in 1980 and has a long experiment in manufacturing.)

2. Executing Sections
A. Domestic Section (Iran):
It is involving EPC projects, and partially design and drawings are done in abroad and execution is done inside. The most executed internal projects are following:
1. Bushehr cements which in addition of design and engineering in Iran, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of departments is done by company as follow:
1.1 Executing foundational constructions consist of equipment provision and erection and commissioning refinery water pumping station network for industry, drink, fire and compressed air and compressor room.
1.2 complete execution of raw material mill of Bushehr cement project, erection and commissioning 1000 ton equipments and machineries with financial volume of eleven billion Rails and 4,200,000 Euro.
1.3 Complete execution of preheater department of Bushehr cement, design, internal and external equipment provision, erection and commissioning of pretty 1500 ton equipment and machinery with financial volume of pretty three billion Rails and 2,200,00 Euro.
1.4 Complete execution of electro filters of Bushehr cement, design internal and external equipment provision, erection and commissioning 1000 ton equipments and machineries with financial volume of fifteen billion Rials and 660.000 Euro.
2. Consulting, engineering and execution for upgrading of Ardebil cement.
3. Complete execution of clinker cooling electro filter for Khash cement, design, internal and external equipment provision with financial volume of fifty five billion Rials and 230,000 Euro.
4. Manufacturing and provision of internal equipment, erection and complete commissioning of cement mill and gypsum department for Zanjan cement with financial volume 3.4 of billion Rials.
5. Manufacturing and erection of partial machinery of Firoozkoh cement factory.
6. Design and execution of industry water system and compressed air for Khash cement project.
7. Design and execution of water system and compressed air for Khuzestan cement project.
8. Manufacturing and erection water tank of Hormozgan cement.
9. Manufacturing of partial machinery for second line of Hekmatan cement with approximate weight 7000 ton.
10. Completely manufacturing and erection of equipment for development plan of Khuzestan cement with capacity 5000 tpd.
B. Foreign Section (Abroad):
The most important foreign projects are:
· Hamah cement:
It was a corporation with Ehdas Management Company leader project on EPC basis and involving design, manufacturing and erection of various cement equipments as follows:
· In design and engineering Ehdas Management company was responsible for designing 1250 ton from various departments that was the first abroad experiment done successfully.
· The manufacturing and erection of raw material mill, preheater and cement mill department, took 24 months.
· In manufacturing and ferrous structure erection part more than 12000 ton woks including manufacturing, sand blasting and painting and erection is done 12 month with completely satisfactory of employer and consular.(supervision and consular of the project was a Swiss company PEG)
· Venezuela cement:
After successful termination of Hamah cement Ehdas Management Company with corporation of the other Iranian company succeeded in Venezuela cement tender which was an EPC with amount of 163 million dollars. The project is now advancing successfully.
